Return and Exchange Policy

Each of the pieces created by Carmen are unique, handmade, original pieces of art therefore there are no refunds or exchanges on purchases.  Each piece is photographed in natural light so that the listings represent the colours of the paintings as closely as possible, however due to the differences in screen settings, colours can vary slightly in person.  Please read the product listings closely and if you have any questions at all prior to your purchase, please reach out to me and I will happily answer them for you.

Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small piece of data (text file) that a website - when visited by a user - asks your browser to store on your device in order to remember information about you, such as your language preference or enabling a shopping cart to function. Those cookies are set by me and our web host service. I also use third-party cookies - which are cookies from a different domain than the domain of the website you are visiting - for my advertising and marketing efforts, specifically Meta Pixel. This would be active if you clicked on a post or link of mine on Facebook or Instagram that brought you to this website.

More specifically I use cookies for the following purposes: Enabling website functions, analyzing use of my website and assisting with my promotional and marketing efforts to help this small business be sustainable.

Due to the small size of my business, I regret that at this time I am unable to provide some of the cookie customization options available from much larger companies due to the economic strain this would place on a one-artist creative company.
